Camp Experience
At CoachXPro, our track and field and distance camps are designed to provide athletes with comprehensive training and instruction. Our coaches have a wealth of experience and knowledge in their respective sports, from high school record holders to NCAA champions to Olympians, and they are dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential.
During each camp, athletes will participate in a variety of activities and drills designed to improve their speed, agility, strength, and endurance. These activities will be tailored to the individual needs of each athlete, ensuring that they receive the most effective training possible.
In addition to the on-track training, athletes will also have access to our forthcoming state-of-the-art indoor facility during inclement weather. The facility will include a weight room area, full pole vault runways, jumping pits, throwing rings, and more. These facilities will allow athletes to fine-tune their skills indoor during the winter months, participate in sit down classroom exercises/workshops, etc.
We also provide campers with plenty of water refill stations, so bring a bottle (or two)!

Our camps are designed to be both challenging and enjoyable, and athletes can expect to participate in a variety of drills, activities, and hands-on training that will help them reach their full potential.
Our world-class coaching staff and will be on hand to provide guidance and instruction, and to ensure that each athlete receives the most effective training possible. Instruction is far beyond technical cues — we also provide expert assistance on the sport psychology and nutritional end, as well as advice on how to get recruited as a collegiate athlete from ex-athletes and current college coaches first-hand.
Choosing the Right Camp for You
When choosing a track and field or cross country camp, it is important to consider a number of factors, including:
Location: Consider the location of the camp, as well as its proximity to your home or school. We currently do not provide lodging (except at the distance camp) or discounts if you wish to stay in the area overnight.
Experience level: This year, we are catering to every athlete’s ability and serve them under one camp! That said, if you wish to join multiple camps and learn other events, we’d be happy to accommodate. You will receive a discount for attending any additional camps this summer.
Schedule: Consider the schedule of the camp, as well as any other commitments you may have, to ensure that you can attend the camp of your choice.
Cost: Consider the cost of the camp and choose one that is affordable and within your summer budget. We offer a TON of discounts and payment plan options to help you as best we can. See below.

Early Bird Discount
Sign up for one of our camps 90 days or more prior to its start and receive $150 off. This discount will automatically be applied to your cart as long as it’s still outside the 90 day window.
Referral Discount
If you refer a camper who commits to one of our camps, you will receive a 20% (up to $160) refund on your camp purchase. You can stack this discount with the Early Bird by referring up to ONE additional camper ($650-$120 = $530). Tell your friend to send us a message at support@coachxpro.com and tell us that you referred them for your prize.
Family Discount
Do you have two or three kids that you would love to do the camp together as a family? You deserve a discount too! We’ll give you 50% the second camper, another 50% off the third, etc. ($800 for first kid - $400 for second kid - $200 for third kid…). Yes, this can also be applied to the Early Bird ($650 - $325 - $162.50...). Send us an email at support@coachxpro.com with your family members and we’d be happy to take care of that all for you.
Group Rate Discount (5+ campers)
This is a great option for teams in-state or out-of-state looking to enjoy camp together and save money in the process. If you sign up 5 or more campers, you will save $200 per athlete ($800-$200 = $600). You can also stack this discount with the Early Bird to receive $75 off each camper ($650-$75 = 575). You MUST send us a message at support@coachxpro.com and we will get you taken care of. This CANNOT be applied at checkout.

A typical day includes morning warm-ups, training sessions or workshops, lunch, afternoon training or competitions, followed by cool-down and recovery activities. Evenings may include guest speakers, group activities, or rest.
