Our People

CoachXPro was founded by Coach Jeremy Bubb, a decathlete with a thirst for knowledge and a drive to give athletes highly refined tools and information to train to the best of their abilities, regardless of experience and skill level. He has brought together a team of talented individuals to help bring his vision to life, including Olympic athletes, professional sports performance coaches, and field experts who bring decades of experience to the table. But our team is more than just our leaders; it's the amazing individuals who work tirelessly every day to make our vision a reality.

The Problem

When we first started out, we saw a major problem in the marketplace. As former athletes, we experienced firsthand the importance of individual attention and compassion in sports coaching, and what we noticed was tired or misinformed training concepts that were not producing the results athletes deserved. Not to mention the severe lack of quality or available coaching. It was time for a change.

For us, it was frustrating to find proper training information online or in-person in one place that we could trust, that was also easy to understand.

We also wanted to provide athletes with a comprehensive and personalized training experience, taking into account not just their physical abilities, but also their mental and emotional well-being. Kids were coming to us telling us how their school coaches were telling them they “sucked”, or discouraging them from trying things, or outright now showing up at all.  This was effectively making inexperienced athletes, looking for help themselves, the new team coach.

Our Solution

We stepped in to fill a much needed gap. We began building out tools, systems, workshops, and websites dedicated to making the athletic journey easier to follow and with a more linear trajectory. Leveraging partnerships with local tech startups, our experience as highly certified coaches, and tireless research on modern sciences, the dream started to take shape.

Additionally, our coaches and trainers are not just certified and experienced, they are also compassionate and empathetic – they’ve been in the exact same position. They understand that every athlete is unique and has different needs and goals, but also that athletes are people who experience many ups and downs outside of sports and that those experiences can affect livelihood and performances as well.

We have seen the impact of our work in the lives of the athletes we have coached. Our athletes have achieved personal bests, won championships, and gone on to successful careers in their respective sports. But more than that, we have seen our athletes become confident, resilient, and mentally tough individuals who are prepared to tackle any challenge that comes their way.

We believe that our success is not just measured by the results our athletes achieve, but also by the relationships we build with them. We value open communication and honest feedback, and we strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where our athletes feel empowered to reach their full potential.

Today, we are proud to say that our work has made a real difference. Our solutions have helped countless individuals and teams achieve their goals, and we have received nothing but high praises from our clients. But more than that, we are proud of the positive impact we have had on the sports world and the lives of those we meet on a daily basis.

What Our Supporters Are Saying

★★★★★

I found Jeremy after an on line search for coaches to help my son with long and triple jump. At the time our goal was to qualify for the state meet. Jeremy was great with personal attention and specifics and is very committed to helping the athlete achieve their goals. Jeremy got my son on the right track and the state qualifications followed!

- Laura McKeever

★★★★★

CoachXPro is seriously one of the best Track & Field coaches I've ever had. He was able to teach me so many things about Long Jump that I had never known in the past in such a short period of time, and is super flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend to athletes of all levels!

- Emily Hruby

★★★★★

This guy was a great coach. He knows a lot and was really good. He takes part in coaching a lot of different specialties, and he excels at all of them. He is a great guy and a better coach. I’d recommend him any day.

- David Weaks

★★★★★

Great coach, I added 10 ft to my shot put Pr in just one season! He is a great person too and is fun to work with

- Maxwell Parrott

★★★★★

The one on one work was incredible, he made sure to work on what every athlete needed individually even though we worked as a team. I learned a lot on how to fix my form and sprint correctly. Most importantly I had a lot of fun, he makes practice something to look forward to rather than something you have to do.

- Sara Sverrisdottir

★★★★★

As a trauma nurse and Olympic level athlete I find Jeremy’s knowledge base, performance, persistence & affordability to be unmatched against other trainers. I appreciate his professionalism and dedication to athletics & the athlete as a whole mentally and physically. I would highly recommend Jeremy as a trainer for athletic advancement or as in my case continued personal goals, endurance and variety. There is always something that can be learned and improved upon with Jeremy.

- Basia Eva

★★★★★

Jeremy is an amazing coach. He has been training my daughter for two years. She has improved greatly while enjoying every practice. He is detail oriented and gives very good technical advice, but he makes sure to train the athlete as a whole. We would highly recommend CoachXPro to any athlete looking to train and grow.

- Jana Eisinger

★★★★★

- Jayda GlassWright

★★★★★

Jeremy and I have been working together for a little over a year now. My time with Jeremy has been nothing but exceptional and he has tremendously helped with my improvement as a thrower and athlete. He brings a positive mindset to every session and always has me feeling accomplished afterwards. The coaching and experience Jeremy has is few and far between and I truly would not want to be working with anyone else!

The Future

Looking to the future, we are building out a 10,000 sq ft indoor facility to allow year-round training for those who would otherwise have to train in the snow or skip out due to poor weather conditions in Colorado. We also want to run more camps and workshops dedicated to spreading our successful systems and knowledge to those worldwide who wouldn't have access to it otherwise.

We plan to build partnerships with more tech companies, sports psychologists, physical therapists, etc. Eventually, we hope to run our own spectacular and unique events that both athletes and fans are excited to partake in.

We believe that there is so much more we can do, and we are excited to continue on this journey with our athletes and partners by our side.

Discourse

We value our athletes' feedback, how they do outside of sports, and in their everyday lives. We live our own lives through one simple statement: "Just don't suck." It reminds us that there is always room for improvement but that we should always strive to be the best we can be on the day. You can’t suck if you give honest effort in each endeavor. Results come as a result of positive thought and serious, strategic intent. We are committed to our athletes and their success, and we will continue to provide the support and resources necessary for them to achieve their goals.

Whatever you do, just don’t suck.
— Coach Bubb
