Achievers Program (in-person group training)
This is our most intensive and transformational group training program! It is built with long-term growth in mind. Each athlete will work under an individualized training plan.
This program requires a 3-month minimum commitment for optimal results and to build a consistent training pattern.
These programs have seen the rise of State Champions in track and field and football, State record holders, NCAA Champions, All-Americans, and even an Olympic Champion.
We ask that both athletes and parents, if involved, commit to our program and their own success. Come ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to see positive results.
Each group session, is 2 hours with Coach and other athletes of similar skill level and in the same event. There will be no shortage of one-on-one attention. I value your progress above all and will not allow anyone to hinder it. Anyone who gets in the way of another athlete’s program may be removed from the group.
You have the choice to join the team for one, two, or three times per week training and have access to our premier indoor training facility!

Step 1
Check out our group training options and sign up for your initial training evaluation.
The training evaluation is necessary before continuing on with any group option. This allows us to get to know each other, get a feel for where you are athletically, and if there’s any issues we want or need to address moving forward to help develop the best plan. If you have already done your evaluation with Coach or have worked with them in the past, skip this step and head directly to Step 2.
Step 2
Review and sign the Coach-Client contract.
You MUST read and sign the contract thoroughly before you can start working with Coach. Read through it thoroughly and take note of any important details you may need to come back to. You can also find our GroupMe and other contact info here! A new contract must be signed each time you start a new package.
Step 3
Choose your plan from the drop menu above and click ‘Submit’.
Simply select the right option for you based on what you learned in Step 1.
Step 4
Choose a date and time.
Don’t forget to schedule your first session with us and all future sessions by heading over to the ‘Booking’ tab and then ‘Schedule’, or click the button below. That’s it! See you soon :)
